Why Christians Believe in Jesus But Not Fairy Tale Characters?

"I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am He, ye shall die in your  sins."- John 8:34

We sincerely believe it's time to answer such a question in general to atheists.  There has been more than one atheist to dare and ask such a question and here are our answers to these accusations.  For one thing, Jesus is NO fairy tale.  He is always real and will always be real.

First- Jesus Christ is a REAL historical person.  Characters like Santa Claus or Mickey Mouse are NOT real nor do they historically exist.  From the secular to the religious, Jesus is so real.  Also none of the claims of trying to debunk His real resurrection ever made any sense.

Second- Jesus Christ is presented as real by professional writers whether religious or secular.  There are reputable witnesses, REAL testimonies and so on. Fairy tale characters don't have any proof of existence.  For example, nobody has really recorded a real Easter bunny.  There is archeological, historical proof of the existence of Jesus and the reliability of the Gospels.  We have to realize that the Apostles also who knew Him personally were also the writers.

Third- The Gospel writers are accurate and they convey the reality of Jesus to both children and adults.  On the other hand, fairy tale characters are only for children.  There is a vast majority of adults who do not believe in fairy tale characters exist unless if they are insane.  So to substantiate the argument of comparing Jesus who is REAL character vs. fairy tale characters who have NO record of existence is another logical fallout.
